2a) Play area had bin that had small toys that posed choking hazard (removed on site) 3a) Thorn bushes in left corner of outdoor area had sharp edges 3c) Stand-up shower had shower door that posed pinching hazard 3e) Unraveled hose in backyard posed tripping hazard 3f) Bookcase in main play area and cubbies were not secured to wall posed tipping hazard 4c) Light bulbs in bathroom were not shatter resistant 4e) Water temperature at handwashing sink in bathroom was hotter than 120 degrees (127.5 degrees) 5a) Outlets in main play area were accessible to children and not tamper resistant 5b) Outlet outside was accessible to children and not tamper resistant or GFCI
